Resetting your password is easy, it just takes a few clicks!
Go to the VAN login screen here, then click on “Forgot Your Password.”
On the next screen, enter your email address. Make sure this is the same email that you use for your ActionID.
You’ll get an email with the subject “ActionID password reset request.” Click on the big blue button that says Reset Password, and enter a new password! If you don't see the email, make sure to check your spam folder!!
